Domestic Shipping:
We ship anywhere within the United States, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery timelines will vary by location and customs processes.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Nom Blue LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Nom Blue LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
